Everything you build is real, tracked, and reviewable. A portfolio, not a transcript.

Onboarding

Get grounded: tooling, access, team norms, the goSRT framework, and your first assignments.

Nesting

Work alongside working engineers on real, curated tasks — with mentorship and code review as your safety net.

Go-Live

Take the wheel. Own real work end-to-end, with more autonomy and less hand-holding.

Certification & Capstone

Defend a capstone project and sit a professional certification exam. Extends the journey through month 6.

Bi-monthly check-ins

1:1s every two weeks with a mentor to review progress and unblock you.

Presentation & triage sessions

Present your work regularly, and practice triaging live issues the way real teams do.

Maintenance window activities

Scheduled ops work — patching, upgrades, runbooks — so you know what keeping the lights on really means.
